BREAKING!!!: Apply Now for 2nd And Subsequent HELB Loans

helb application form for continuing students - Kenyatta University Students eligible for HELB funding should apply for the second and
subsequent application that will be open as from Thursday, 2nd of April, 2015.
This is according to the information released in a memo addressed to all students on Tuesday,
31st of March, 2015 by the Office of the Kenyatta University Students Association (KUSA)
Secretary General Mr. Stephen Mwadime.
Mr. Mwadime further urged the eligible students to kindly ensure they submit their forms either
to the HELB Offices or to the KUSA offices within the varsity precincts before breaking for Easter
holidays that are due in a couple of days.
He also wished all students of Kenyatta University all the best in their remaining papers.
This announcement also applies to all other universities and colleges that are yet to apply
submit their 2nd and subsequent HELB application forms and acts as a reminder to all other
Universities’ Student Unions to keep their comrades posted




In other developing news within the same
university, the KUSA secretary general has assured
students that Post Modern Library is safe for use as
of yesterday at 6:30p.m. This is after there had
erupted a commotion which led to injuries of
several students within the library early in the wee
hours of yesterday morning.
Mr. Mwadime explained that the commotion was
as a result of a misunderstanding between a
Student and a Security officer. The noise from the
push and pull caused panic in the students who
were busy reading. The secretary general expressed satisfaction that students were lucky to
have escaped the stamped without a lot more serious casualties. Mr Mwadime has urged all
those who left their property to pass by the library security for collection. He informed students
that everything was in order and that their belongings had been kept safe.
