How to transfer credit

Option 1: to transfer credit, simply dial: *121# and follow instructions on the screen.

Option 2: Dial *121*055[prepaid mobile number]*[transfer amount]# then press SEND.

For example, if you want to transfer AED 10 to mobile number 055 1234 567, you'll dial *121*0551234567*10#.

Tip: If you're transferring credit regularly to one particular number, you can save this command in your address book thus eliminating the need to type it next time you want to transfer credit to your family or friend.
