www.muhms.mu.ac.ke - Courtesy of the ICT Department and Hostels Department you can now book your next semesters room online and with complete ease. All you need to do is be a bonafide student of Moi University then you will be good to go.
BOOKING PROCEDURE

    Only bonafide Moi University Students are allowed to book rooms using this portal.
    To use the system all you need is your registration number,ID number and email address.
    If you are using the System for the first time:- First years except those who have done INTERUNIVERSITY TRANSFER to login with their index number as the password(Login here to book) while continuing and other categories of students Click here to activate your account. You will receive login instructions in your account
    To book room Go to Book Room,Enter your username and password and click login.Follow the steps outlined after logging in
    After booking follow the given instructions and wait for approaval by relevant authorities while you keep on checking for the defined procedure of getting your official booking form
    Remember to visit always the site for any latest communication made

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

    All invoiced payments must be made to the Moi University Accomodation Deposit Account : National Bank - 01021027999600. Kindly be sure to provide in your NAME and REG NO in your receipt when depositing the cash on the counter.
    N/B:The payments must correspond to the rates of the Hostel the student is booking for.
    The student will then be required to scan the reciept and upload it as evidence of the payments.
    Any false information will be charged as a displinary case as stated in the Terms and Conditions

 Moi University Online Hostel Booking

Moi university introduced online hostel booking. You can follow this link  “book rooms online “ to book a room online. Online booking of rooms for incoming group of first years will begin ON 15th. Re-booking Of Same Rooms for Second Semester Is On-Going for continuing students.
All those registering to the online booking system are encouraged to use registration numbers (with underscores) to serve as their username for instance,  If your registration  number  is EDU_22_14 use the username edu_22_14.
You must pay accommodation fee that is equal to the kind of room you want  before booking hostels online.

upload receipt (scan the accommodation fee receipt and upload….)
Select Hostel that you want (make sure it is for your gender-female/male)…
Room label (this the rooms that you want)…
wait for the website to validate and then click submit…..you are done
