To apply for CR12 Form from the Sheria House registry office, you require a drafted request letter duly signed by the owners of the company.

Head out to Sheria House on Harambee Avenue near The Vice President’s Office.

On arrival in the Sheria House, make your way to the cashier’s counter on the far end. Submit your letter requesting to be issued with the CR12 certificate from the Registrar of Companies. The charges for this form for a company are between Ksh 800 to 1200 (Changes may have occurred since I wrote this).
