The Higher Education Loans Board invites applications for the 2013-2014 First Time Undergraduate Loan from Kenyans admitted in Government or Self-Sponsored Programs in Public or Private Universities in Kenya and the East Africa Community that are recognized by the Commission for Higher Education [CHE]. 

Eligible students:

    Government & Self-Sponsored Students applying for loan for the Second or Subsequent Time


How to Apply
The 2013-2014 Second & Subsequent Time Undergraduate Loan Application Form [LAF] can now be accessed, filled and printed from our website www.helb.co.ke. Please print two copies of the LAF and present one copy of the duly signed and stamped copy to the Board before or on the deadline of the applications i.e. July 31, 2012.
