My Natural Hair Journey

To get my well defined curls on the natural hair, I use Ten Pro curling gel. Other Curling Gels that are locally available for you ladies include Eco Styler and Cantu curling gel.

I wash my hair once a week, but to ensure that it gets adequate moisture, I have spritz made of water, leave in conditioner and coconut oil that I spray on my hair every day.
Keeping the Natural Hair always moisturized for the best results

As you will have gathered so far, Natural Hair requires a lot of moisture and water daily. Though you do not have to soak under a shower to get your hair wet. I personally have an old bottle that can spray which I use to apply the combination of the listed content above on my hair daily.

How I style My Natural Hair Daily

Normally, I usually do either Twists Outs or Bantu Knots to style my hair. You have to do either of the two styles every day to have well defined curls on your natural hair.

I use various Hair accessories for natural hair as shown here. I source them from various places in Nairobi including Perida Centre on Dubois Road.

In case you are experiencing Hair Loss or think you can increase the Hair Body of your natural hair, you should use castor oil which makes a big difference. In case your finances allow, for curbing hair loss Jamaican Black Castor Oil works very well and it goes for KSH 1300 from Super Cosmetics shop on Mama Ngina Street.
